Entering therapy can be a daunting experience but I personally believe that all people can benefit from therapy. You do not need to experience a great psychological crisis in order to engage in the process. We are all under daily pressure – for our time and attention, as well as coping with other stressors such as financial pressures or crime.

As John Dunne said, “No man is an island…” and dealing with various personalities and relationships in various forms also presents us with a myriad of challenges.

What I Do

My job as a psychologist is to help people navigate their way through life’s challenges. Therapy can provide one with a space to ‘offload’ and gain perspective in a confidential, non-judgmental environment, or it can provide an avenue for more serious emotional and psychological issues to be addressed.

It is my hope that through the process of therapy I can help one gain greater self-awareness and self- growth, enhancing one’s interactions with others and improving one’s quality of life.
